Overnight remtal in eastern ND/western MN?

Is there anyone in eastern North Dakota or western Minnesota that allows overnight rental of their aircraft without additional fees? Most if not all the big flight schools in the area don’t seem to allow overnight rentals, or if they do then there’s usually an overnight/day use fee instead of just going off the hobbs time. Any private owners or small flights schools that would be open to this?

Why would they just go off the Hobbs time? You’re taking the plane from them when they could be using it for night lessons… Just pay the overnight fee!

Unlikely. Just pay the additional fee from the schools that allow it.
