Suggestions?

I'm looking into getting a dirt bike styled e bike. Im weighing 2 options, the aipas s1 amp for performance specs and battery superiority. Or the yozma IN 10 (Not the pro because its a 1000 more) for asthetic, and the bigger community support, and mod support. I feel like you get more for a better price with the aipas so it seems like a no brainer, but no one really talks about them as much as the yozma so maybe there's a catch? Any suggestions between the 2 (or another company if you think there's better for the price) would be appreciated

Aren't these both considered e-motorcycles ?

I didn't think of it like that, I guess I just threw them under the same umbrella. Sorry if I interpreted this sub wrong

E-motos are welcome here. Riding them illegally on non-motorized paths is what causes the conflict.

Brother I'm being fed to the wolves here cause of a mis interpretation, I think ill just play it safe and avoid asking questions about e motos here

Sorry about that. I don't have kind words for people who cause mayhem and get ebikes banned for everyone, but that doesn't mean I don't like e-motos when they are ridden legally.

E-bikes are a specific thing defined by power and speed limits. The fact that this sub and a lot of SovCit 'the laws don't apply to me' people calling anything with wheels and an electric motor an 'e-bike' is causing all kinds of restrictions on the hobby.

Okay, well talk to the mods and have them explain that in their rules. Also, a bicycle is defined as āa human-powered or electric-assisted vehicle with two wheels attached to a frame, one behind the other.ā So if you want to get technical, then Iām not wrong for assuming itās an e-bike. And me assuming itās an e-bike isnāt whatās causing restrictions on it, so I donāt even know what youāre getting at there at the end. The government isnāt going to care whether or not your bike looks like a standard bike, so everything after your first sentence is a completely unrelated rant.

No, bicycles are bicycles and ebikes are also considered bicycles under the law, but only if they are less than 750W and don't provide more than 20mph worth of assistance. This is the federal definition, so if you want to get technical, you are wrong and you are asking about an electric dirt bike, on the ebike sub.

My whole post here was just to inquire about something I thought would fit this sub reddit, the same sub reddit that really doesn't explain much about what they consider an e bike, let alone that apparently its a crime to mis-judge that. I wouldn't have came at him all smart if he didn't get triggered first about a literal question, coulda just told me to move my post over to the appropriate sub reddit. Also still shows that the government doesn't care if I dont know the difference between the two, its still just about specs, so it still doesn't show how what I said is what's causing restrictions

It does fit, the rules allow the post of electric pedal bikes, electric motorcycles and in between. Some of the users here like to bully others into not posting and being hostile to new users who are just asking questions.

Bike tell that to this guy who is also calling an e moto, a e bike, or did I just so happen to pick the perfect time to post on here to receive this heat

Yeah no, they're both garbage
