looking for minimalist car for looong road trips ?

budget max 30k$. want a car that is either used or new. looking for extremely good fuel economy, very low maintaince, can take long road trips 5000km+ easily. well functioning AC, i dont care about any other thing like self driving or screens, sensors, has to have automatic gear tho.
