Recent DUI

I was convicted of a DUI almost a year ago (personal vehicle, parked) and it's nearly time that I can get my CDL back after one year has passed.
I was wondering if there are any legal w2 companies that have insurance that would allow them hire someone like me. I do have a few years of experience prior to being convicted.
I'm well aware of how badly I've shit canned my life. Busting ass just to have negative $113 in the bank. Medication stopped working now the old lady has seizures to the point that she got let go and no one will hire her on a part time job yet somehow she don't qualify for disability. There's really no work around here. All I know is how to drive a truck. Can't seem to get anywhere with anything else. I'm just looking for a way out

Most insurance wont cover till its been 7 years, some never. It would be rare but possible to find a job that would.Probably not that great of a job if you did find one.

Go local. Dump truck, mixer truck, building materials, quarry work

All the companies will say you have to wait at least 3 years. Then they will say you don't have any recent experience after that.

They also don't start counting the time until you get your license back

Find small companies that are ran by desperate people or or illegals if your in Miami. Then get a cold 12 pack, throw it in the cab and start punching gears

Need to talk to an attorney about getting the disability
Or Medicaid for the healthcare

try waste management. as far as the “old lady” she shoukd apply for ssi/ ssdi if she was not eligible for short or long term disability through employment.

Your options are limited. Haul logs. Mom and pop dump truck work ect ect. No good company is Goin to hire you with a dui that recent. I'd say the Russians but we know how that goes.

Even Western Express won't touch drivers with a DUI that recent. Even if you could find something, they're going to take advantage of you every way they can for insultingly low money.
Go drive a forklift or something for a few years.
