BREAKING: 1 Dead In Shooting At Kentucky Love’s Truck Stop

Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Friday morning at the Love’s Travel Stop in Horse Cave, Kentucky.

According to KSP Public Affairs Officer Katan Parker, troopers responded to the Love’s located at 4000 L and N Turnpike Road around 4 a.m. One person was confirmed dead at the scene.

Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity or details surrounding what led up to the shooting. State police say there is currently no threat to the public as the investigation continues. #fyp #trucking #trucker #fblifestyle #newsfeed

I had a guy try to break into my truck whilst I was sleeping at the Love's in Kingman, AZ. Despite being prepared, it's a terrifying situation for a single woman to find herself in.

Thankfully, he never made it inside.

Happened to me twice as a pilot lucky the drive I was escorting had his gun and heard the glass being shattered before the got inside the truck I was sleeping in all over this gal's laptop I was watching movies on earlier on. I did not have time to reach for my own gun. Scary nights for me :<

That’s why I avoid that Loves at all costs. A parking lot totally disproportionate to the size of the fuel island and store. (It used to be half the size until they doubled it). And 1 of 2 Loves on all of I-65 in KY. You can lose an hour in line for fuel on a good day.

It's Pandora box. It has been opened. There is simply no way to possibly remove all the firearms from America, even if you could change the constitution and make it illegal for anyone to have one. There are more firearms than people. If you even attempted it you're only going to get the firearms from the more lawful citizens and none from anyone who would do harm with them. It would be like trying to remove the salt out all the water in the oceans.

I've been there a couple times. There was a different Love's in Kentucky where some old fart was blocking me from leaving. He pulled up and decided to grab breakfast. He took forever and I angrily asked why he took so long. He asked me why I wasn't skilled enough to back out. I told him I shouldn't have to. First and only time I've gotten into it with someone at a truck stop.
