I have this I got on Amazon and they've actually been amazing. I've got chronic tendinitis in my Achilles from prior injuries and these have been super helpful. Put them in my Chucks and my work boots and it's been absolutely life changing

If you can get an appointment with a podiatrist, it's worth the visit. They can take a plaster cast of your arch and have insoles made to custom fit you. I used the over-the-counter solutions for years and they don't compare at all to the ones I got from the doctor.
