Which Pc part should i start upgrading first to heavily increase performance for me rn?

honestly, it depends what your budget is. the most powerful GPU to pair with that CPU is probably a 1660Ti, anything more powerful and it starts bottlenecking heavy. it may be worth upgrading both, and depending on your motherboard going for something like a used Ryzen 5 5500 and a used RTX3060 12GB for a combined \~£250 total

is it worth for me to get a 9060xt gb instead? its like 280 usd in my area

Both CPU and GPU

budget upgrades could be a 5700xt for 100usd (maybe a 3070 for 200sh) and a 5600 or 3600 for 60-80 usd
if you wanna splurge you could bump up and get anything like a 5060ti or 9060xr (hell even a 5070ti or 9070xt) and have it perform incredibly well on the 5600 for example
depends on your budget

Realistically, both CPU and GPU. The GPU is one of the slowest GPUs released in the last 7 or 8 years and the CPU is a quad-core Zen+ CPU with no SMT.
If that were my PC and I had to choose one I'd do CPU first because that will make the whole computer faster and not just your games, and then GPU after that.

GPU will yield biggest gains by far.
Then CPU since they CPU will be bottleencking just about anything you can get used for $150+. Ram is fine.
