Was listening to Taipei Int’l on LiveATC at abt 020230Z and I’m hearing what sounds like very faint Chinese(?) in the background along with visible radio activity due to the noise. Did not hear the noise from Kaohsiung Int’l nearby. Anyone confirm this and/or have an answer as to what this is?
