What course actually leads to solid job opportunities for someone with my engineering and management background?

I have a BE in Manufacturing Engineering from India and I currently work as the Joint Managing Director of an aluminium die casting and CNC machining company with global clients.
I’m trying to choose a one or two year course that will actually lead to strong job opportunities. My main focus is Ontario in Canada, but I’m also considering Amsterdam in the Netherlands and Berlin in Germany.
My background is in manufacturing, operations, engineering management, and some finance and product development. I’m not sure which programs employers in these regions value most. Options I’m considering include engineering management, supply chain, automation or industry 4.0, data or business analytics, AI in manufacturing, or even marketing if that helps me move into technical sales.
I want to avoid choosing a course with poor employment outcomes. If anyone working or studying in these regions can share which programs lead to solid hiring opportunities, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

Posts must relate to the subject matter of expatriation. Questions about living in or emigrating to another country, posts about your experiences in a particular country, etc.
Posts about travel and location-specific questions without particular relevance to expats (e.g. "can anyone recommend a good doctor in Paris?") are outside the scope of this sub. For location-specific questions, your best bet is often the local sub.
