So currently I am having an offer from EPAM. Let’s not talk about pay and all. This is not about that.
Just to give a glimpse, i have X, epam is giving X+4, but my annual hike is upcoming and I will get almost the same pay, but with fully remote in my current company.
So in my current org, the work is not so good. Firstly i am a senior java dev, put into project where react and nest js are being used. And i have genuinely no interest going for these stack.
So i started applying for jobs. Cracked epam, got rejected by oracle.
I barely got a call and i f’d it up. I am good with DS but slightly bad with System design, which i got to know from my oracle interview. However, i am pushing myself to get better in that too.
I just am in the dilemma that should i stay in my company and keep preparing for better companies or go to epam and hustle a bit, know the architecture and stuff, get some good work and then switch?
Pay is gonna be same in both my present and epam, in next 3 months.
However, the remote part is holding me back. And I think like what if I crack a better role than epam by studying day and night(which is also difficult given my age, 29. Fookin marriage and stuff, i broke up with my gf and have to go through this AM, anyway leave this).
What do you guys suggest?

Rule 4: No "Which Offer Should I Take" Posts
Asking if you should ask for a raise, switch companies (“should I work for company A or company B”), “should I take offer A or offer B”, or related questions, is not appropriate for this sub.
This includes almost any discussion about a “hot market”, comparing compensation between companies, etc.

Rule 3
Status_Quarter_9848@reddit
Rule 3 properly applied would remove about 75% of the posts in this sub.

Man, wouldn’t that be nice.
