I hope they hurry up because I have a bug that no LLM can solve and the approach of making the models larger and benchmaxxing them does not help

never, LLM cannot achieve that, at best we can improve their coding and maths capabilities by using RL at a massive scale -> asking them to produce code, execute it, giving them the feedback -> and loop for infinity.

But for all other topic it isnt possible.

Ok, but if we take that assertion, and let’s place 5 years at the center of a line expanding infinitely left and right. Let’s call that the gay point, at 5 years. What are those who believe in AGI sooner than 5 years? What about those who wait for AGI in longer than 5 years? What if you don’t believe we will ever achieve AGI?
