One of my favorite movies of all time but I never got to see it in theaters because I was 5.
But now it’s back (in the future!), and I got to take my kids to go see it too. It holds up well. I can’t recommend it enough.

Took my 9 year old daughter tonight. Was thinking about just how many references made absolutely no sense to her throughout. But she was on the edge of her seat for the final clocktower scene.

Are you me? Just took my 9 year old and they’re already demanding to watch parts 2 & 3!

Parts 2 and 3 are amazing

I saw it yesterday in theatre for the second time, (I’m Gen X) in IMAX no less. I cried at some parts. Don’t judge me. It was an emotional roller coaster

Just finished watching it also. Never in my wildest dreams did I think while watching it when I was a kid, that I would be at a movie theater watching it for the 40th anniversary with my wife and having 3 kids in college.

Saw it on some streaming channel this week and it’s so impressive how perfect it is. I noticed one thing tho, Marty’s girlfriend at the end of Movie 1 was replaced by another actress at the beginning of Movie 2: I was wondering if they re-shot these scenes, how did they keep these scenes consistent?

They reshot the scenes, Claudia Wells (Jennifer 1) was unable to do them as she was caring for her mother/father so Elizabeth Shue was cast for 2/3

Booked tickets for next weekend, really looking forward to it! There has been such a lack of good new movies lately so I'm stoked to be able to see this for the first time in a cinema and not just at home.

This is heavy.

I just bought the 4k trilogy 2 weeks ago. So beautiful. Sure I think of John Mullanys skit now though.

Saw it in IMAX on Thursday. It was the only one I hadn’t seen in theaters. As always, it rocked. But it’s my favorite movie, so I’m biased.
