It 100% has to be. People who, generally speaking either upload their own stuff or are voluntarily working with studios, versus people who are violated by being filmed without their knowledge or consent having pictures of it uploaded?

You could argue there are bad studios that harm people; swindle them, pressure them into doing things they didnt sign up for, take advantage of issues they have, pay them unfair, stuff like that. That is a problem and that does harm people, but that's talking about a narrow subset of a very broad concept.
