Any decent theatre / amateur theatre in or around MK on weekends?

Hi there,
I'm looking for a nice play to watch with my husband either this weekend or any other weekend in the next few months. Any suggestions in or around MK? I'm also open to London. I like amateur theatre as some of it can be quite good, but I'll only go if someone recommends.
All recommendations welcome!

Midsummer Nights Dream at Stony Library for a few days in November.

There's also a thing called Arches theatre - I've not been but might be with looking up. I think they might have finished for the year though as it's outside.

The Unbound Theatre Company Aylesbury are worth a look, we saw them this summer, often the shows are free as outdoors or at Queens Park Arts Centre.

Also don't forget the Stables in MK, they often have productions on as well!

The Little Theatre in Dunstable (around 15 miles down the A5) often has good productions on.

Leighton Buzzard often has productions worth checking out.

If you're open to London, the world's your oyster!
Both MK theatre and Aylesbury theatre (30 minutes drive) are owned by ATG, so have many good productions, and both are fairly modern, so confident and sightlines are excellent and parking is easy. However, MK theatre in particular is getting very expensive and it can be cheaper to go to London (many London shows have rush tickets or lotteries).

If you dont mind a short drive, the amateur productions in Earls Barton (about a 20 min drive near Northampton) is quite popular and generally well received. Have a search for "Under The Tower Drama"
