I'm assuming you checked all of your 223 converted rounds with a SAAMI min cartridge gauge? If not, you might be in for a rough day at the range. Converted 223 brass is notoriously fickle after sizing and especially after seating. Had to mortar my rifle like 5x at the range until I gave up on shooting them. Now I only use actual 300blk brass.

Oh, come ooon! Just use a cheapshit raffle for converts. The cheaper the raffle, the bigger the chamber.

But to be serious - if you are planning to do converts then you need a separate matrix for that where you make the centering pin smaller in diameter. And then you need to use a reamer to size the bullet hole to an exact dimension. Then after cleaning the converted brass you have to use your regular matrix.

Or you can use only GECO brass which is thin as a paper so you do not have to worry about anything.
