AM5 Build upgrade help

I decided to switch to AM5 instead of upgrading my AM4 since the price difference wasnt as big as I thought.
Beforehand I was looking at the 5700x3D but decided on the 7600 for AM5 instead.
It is currently Black Friday Week in Germany, and I am unsure which MoBo to get.
These are the ones currently available at my price-range (all of them mATX):
MSI B650M Gaming Plus WiFi - 150€
ASUS TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS - 130€ (Sale from 160€)
ASRock B650M Pro RS - 135€
ASRock Phantom Gaming Riptide - 150€
And as for RAM:
Kingston FURY Beast 32GB 6000 CL30 - 120€
CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB 6000 CL30 - 105€ (Sale from 160€)
Patriot DIMM 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL30 - 90€
I dont do Overclocking and would just like to have the RAM run on its advertised speed of 6000mhz.
Assuming all I have to do for DDR5 is also just change it in the BIOS to its advertised speed?
if its set lower, just like my current Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz that was set to 2133mhz after install.
I was looking more towards the ASUS Mobo, but im not quite sure anymore after reading how people arent happy with the quality and ASUS overall.
So currently, Im leaning more towards the ASRock ones.

The phantom gaming does not come in an mATX form factor
The ASUS TUF and the ASROCK PRO RS don't come with WiFi (there are WiFi versions of both boards but as you didn't specify that I went with the models you listed)

This is the one i meant. Maybe you thought of another one?
And I forgot to add it, but WiFi aint really a big factor for me

So the PG Riptide has the most PCIe slots (two 16x slots and two 1x slots)
The Pro RS has the most M.2 slots
The ASUS and MSI boards support faster RAM than the Asrock boards but they all support 6000 MHz
The ASRock boards both have 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers

All good, had to double check if maybe i saw it wrong.
Not really that knowledgeable in that regard, but what would i need more PCIe Ports for?
Isnt that just for GPU?
I currently only use a few SSD 2,5 and 1 NVMe, so 2 M.2 Slots is probably my only need in on that part.
I know it depends on what I need, but what would you recommend as the best all-arounder from that list?

Honestly if it was me, I'd do the MSI.
It has 2 M.2 slots, which is enough, it has a couple PCIe 1x ports if you want to add extra stuff later, it has 2 USB 10gbps ports on the back, and it has WiFi. I know you said WiFi isn't a big deal, but not only is it nice to have, BUT, you also get Bluetooth as well

Thanks! will keep thinking about it, but probably now leaning more towards the MSI :)

Lol, my brain short circuited. You're right about the PG Riptide, I was thinking of something else.
I wasn't sure about the WiFi bug I thought it was worth pointing out
