Fixing a CPU bottleneck

I want to clarify before I decide what to do. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with a 3060 Ti. I’m playing on a 1080p monitor, and in Warzone I’m just not getting the frames I should be. I think it’s partially because Warzone is awful, and that my CPU is bottlenecked. So I gave two options:
Upgrade my CPU (I’d rather not)
Upgrade my monitor? If I’m not mistaken, upgrading to 1440p will reduce the CPU usage, and I should see higher frame rates? Do I not understand this correctly?

There is actually only one way to fix the cpu bottlenecking without having to upgrade or replace the cpu. Although you have to use a power workflow scripting software to remove the bottlenecking. You can only get it on windows 11.
