What game do you play? Look up 3080 benchmarks using that game and compare to your results. Is someone with a 9800x3d or 14900k getting 200 more fps than you? Then you know you are bottlenecked, and more importantly by how much. You also now have the information to decide if upgrading is worth it. If you're currently getting 300fps at low, and you see someone with a newer cpu only getting 320, is it worth replacing everything for that 7% more fps?
