Hello, I've looked through the owners manual and I can't find out what this button does. It beeps when I press it. This might be a silly question.

Kill all occupants

It specifically turns off the motion sensors to the left and the right when the car is locked, so kids or animals don't set them off.
It does not disable the alarm, which could still be set off by an impact / breaking open a door etc.

Either that or turns off Wifi

Disables the car’s internal cell hotspot that you can get a subscription for.

No it's not, it's for motion sensors.
RBR927@reddit
What car is that?
Ihate_reddit_app@reddit
It's a GM product. Probably an Escalade. It's an interior motion sensor button that disables the motion sensor.

Is it possible it turns off the alarm? Not knowing the car it's hard to say for certain.

Does the car have built in wifi?
Could turn it off if it does.
