Need Help on Gaming PC Build - Medium to High tier specs

This is my first time building a gaming PC from scratch. Right now, my monitor will play games at 1440p @ 120Hz (Will upgrade to 4K in future). Will also use it for general purpose productivity, music and education. I am planning to play games like Microsoft Flight Simulator, Dota and Call of Duty Black Ops.
