Wouldn't be any different from his first term, who would've guessed that Donald "take the guns first, go through due process second" J. Trump didn't do anything for gun owners.
His biggest contribution were his appointed judges and even then it's spotty, 2a is good but so are equal rights, workers rights, safety regulations and environmental protection.
Take your idiocy to TheDonald. This isn’t a politics subreddit and Trump is no friend to gunowners. Literally the opposite. I still have no idea how middle America (which is where I am) is so stupid. If you support gun rights, Donald “take the guns first, due process later” Trump is probably a shit choice, but there’s a 90% chance you didn’t vote anyway.
This sub, and the original “movement” that started on /k/ and in the OG WG came together under one banner: “Gun good.” I know this is no where near what WG was, but come on, the Supreme Court doesn’t pass laws either dipshit. Retake 10th grade government class kiddo.
You think Trump was a bad choice but not the candidate that was for red flag laws, storage laws, and AWB, and doesn’t believe in using guns for self defense? Interesting.
Scotus still refuses to rule directly on any ban state law, instead relying on the "one step test" that ban state AGs and circuit courts refuse to actually apply
It wasn’t the Supreme Court. It was Congress. And while I highly doubt it was intentionally 4D chess, OP’s summary is pretty accurate to how it went down.
Any bill that congress "passes" still has to go before the president who has ultimate veto power. You literally do not understand how the us government system of checks and balances work if you believe this image.

It’s still giving them wiggle room, if any of us were loyal to our ideals we would be burning down DC.

I can’t wait to come back to this in 4 years when Trump has done fuck all for gun owners

No one said that, Harris was also shit. You know what they say about assuming, right?
tricententialghoul@reddit
I mean, you heavily insinuated it. “It’s a shit choice” as if we had any other (if you like guns.)
“middle america is so stupid,” no they are just choosing the clear lesser of two evils here.

That was such a logical argument you put up I’m glad we can use our heads here and not our emotions

The SNL version is also relevant for how Trump did ban bump stocks.
