You do realise you are perfectly able to scroll on past things that make you feel like this, right? What an awful take on "should I tell my coworkers spouses about their sneaking around and going to a hotel together on vacation days". It is "to do with them" when it's happening around all the colleagues, when theyre printing boarding passes on the work printer, telling their spouse's it's the workplace organising the trip etc. Don't involve your workplace if you don't want anybody from work getting all up in your business. Perhaps yours is the take of someone who has cheated and been found out though... your comment does just positively scream "allow it".

Clearly, you need to take out a billboard. It will be up for at least 30 days, if not more. Create a shell corporation to rent the billboard so it isn't traced back to you.

You could show up to the airport in disguise and get pictures of them walking in together, with luggage, looking probably not like they're on a work trip.

Use those images on the billboard. If you can pay a PI in their vacation region to nab a couple pictures of them canoodling in paradise, that would be fun, too.

I would hesitate to directly involve the partners without knowing the context - maybe the fiancee who still has time to get out before it is legally binding.

Honestly the most straightforward thing to do here is report to your boss and HR for inappropriate work relationship with the context they are married/engaged and may be using work as an excuse to conduct an affair. If you can reprint the boarding passes from the work printer, do it. Using workplace equipment to conduct an extramarital affair...They also have the vacation requests as corroborating proof. It is causing a distraction since everyone knows they are not single.

All for messing up the cheaters’ lives and warning the fiancée but hate to mess with those kids…they may need his health insurance and such so why mess with their lives? But the cheaters? Have at it. Slow and painful…

Ask jokingly when the both of them are in the same room where they are going on holiday, just like that. Tell them someone told you they are going out together, don't remember who, but you thought it was a public thing. You could even mention the boarding passes.
