Lunar Lake on Dell Laptops - upgraded RAM available?

I notice that the Dell XPS Lunar Lake is only available with 16GB RAM. Asus Zenbook S-14 already comes with Lunar Lake and 32GB RAM. I'm curious why Dell did not offer upgraded RAM, and if there are rumors when upgraded RAM may be available on Dell XPS - or Latitude, for that matter. Thanks!
