On a very basic level you can guess which stick(s) are faster if you divide the MT/s value by the primary latency and judging by which result is higher.

Of course that gets bullshity very fast because there's secondary, tertiary latencies, softawre use-case and even different CPUs.

Regardless I would go with 6000MT/s C30 because Ryzen has trouble going over certain speeds and that's a sweet spot.
