Hi all. I might be moving to Dallas and I’ve been looking for apts. I liked some but I’ve become absolutely OBSESSED with the peridot. I’ve been researching it like crazy but since it’s so new I’ve found very little information. I did see two comments on random tik toks and YouTube videos that the walls are very thin and I’m worried about that. Everything else is absolutely perfect but after dealing with listening to my upstairs neighbors fight the whole first year I lived in my first apartment, I do not want to go through that again. Anybody live there and want to share their experience?
