windows server 2022 shutdown event entries

I have a Windows 2022 server that shutdown and I don't know why. The server has the following events, but I can't find a definition to know why server shutdown.
"transitioned from 181 to 183. reason 21", what does that mean?
Anyone know how to read these events to know why?

I am having a very similar issue, but my event log only says:
-
Event ID: 566
Kernel-Power
The system session has transitioned from 253 to 255.
Reason: 26

We had a random reboot midday, and this is really the only log that could be related.
I was excited to find this post only to see no responses. Did you ever figure anything out?
